If you are a family physician in your first five years of practice, look for a new series of BCCFP webinars. Set to begin in June, the first webinar will cover “The things that nobody told me before I graduated from residency.” We will send members more information when the date is confirmed.
Focusing primarily on practice management and resilience, the webinars are being spearheaded by BCCFP director Dr. Rupi Brar, who graduated from the UBC Family Medicine program three years ago.
Following a break in the summer, topics for fall may include: contracts; ICBC/WorkSafe BC billings and communications; and how to take advantage of what the various professional organizations have to offer. Each webinar will be archived for future reference.
