The Small Changes, Big Difference Award for Quality and Innovation recognizes a BCCFP member (or team) whose work has had a positive impact on practice management or patient care.

This award is designed to recognize local innovations in practice or health care delivery that improve patient, family or community care – these may involve changes or day-to-day improvements in practice and quality improvement initiatives.

The call for nominations for the 2020 award will go out in February, with submissions due by March 31, 2020.

Congratulations to the 2019 recipients – Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) Force, an initiative of the Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice.
