Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Practical Tools for Virtual Team-Based Care
Thursday, December 3, 2020 | 1200 – 1300 PST | Zoom
Team Up! Team-Based Primary & Community Care in Action is a BCPSQC initiative which aims to connect individuals and teams, identify tools to apply to current work underway and share experiences in team-based care across the province.
On November 17, explore how to coach teams and individuals to use a #teambasedcare approach. Darlene Arsenault, Director of Primary Care Planning in Interior Health and Wendy Boyer and Charleigh Rudy, Doctors of BC Practice Support Program Provincial Team-Based Care Enhanced Coaches, will share how they guide care team members to create environments that improve team function.
Then on December 3, roll up your sleeves to apply some team-based care virtual tools! You will learn about creating a teamwork agreement, shared purpose and doing huddles. This session will provide the opportunity for applied learning.
Don’t miss this chance to Team Up! and expand your vision of what working in team-based care could mean for you, your patients and your team!
