Dr. Aaron Jattan of the University of Manitoba Department of Family Medicine is conducting a study titled, “Is variation in clinical and non-clinical work protective against burnout for Canadian Family Physicians?”.
Findings from this study will provide much needed information about whether practice variation in both clinical and non-clinical areas is protective against burnout.
