Although it’s easy to make the connection between poverty and poor health, it can be difficult to recognize patients who struggle to make ends meet.
Set for June 1, the Treating Poverty workshop will provide you with new knowledge and practical tools to help you to identify and assist patients impacted by poverty. The workshop will be held in Vancouver.
Developed by the Ontario College of Family Physicians, this award-winning workshop is limited to 12 participants and certified by the CFPC for 13.5 Mainpro+ credits. The cost is $550 plus GST.
Registration closes on May 7, but we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible to secure your spot. To register, contact office@bccfp.bc.ca.
