The 2023/24 Annual Report is now available to read here!
This past year has been about hearing from you, and members all across the province, to enhance the value we’re providing as an organization. With all the input taken from member surveys, interviews and stakeholder engagement, we developed an ambitious strategic plan for 2025-28 focusing on three priorities: Focused Support, Strategic Partnerships, and Bold Advocacy.
Within those key member-driven priorities, we’re proud to share some of this year’s highlights:
- The expansion of our Cultural Safety Grant Program, enabling more opportunities for culturally safe care initiatives in family medicine.
- The growth of Dinner with Docs, connecting more students and family physicians in each of the four geographical medical school sites.
- Our reimagined Awards Celebration, honouring the incredible contributions of family physicians in a meaningful way.
- Our impact on political platforms, ensuring family medicine remains a top priority for policymakers.
