NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special General Meeting of members of the College will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 12:15 hours in the Park Ballroom in the Four Seasons hotel located at
791 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

The business to be transacted at the Special General Meeting will include:

  1. Welcome – Call to Order
  2. Consideration of Report by the Bylaws Task Force
  3. Special Resolutions as follows:  RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS THAT: the proposed bylaws be and are hereby approved by the members of the College, subject to any changes to the proposed bylaws arising from this meeting or such minor changes as may be subsequently advised by legal counsel and approved by the bylaw review taskforce.
  4. Conclusion of Special General Meeting.
