Dr. Aaron Jattan of University of Manitoba, Department of Family Medicine is conducting a study titled, “Is variation in clinical and non-clinical work protective against burnout for Canadian Family Physicians?”. Participation is voluntary and involves an online survey (via SurveyMonkey) that will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Findings from this study will provide much needed information about whether practice variation in both clinical and non-clinical areas is protective against burnout. Approximately 1,500 family physicians across Canada will be offered the opportunity to participate in the survey.
