formerly known as the Research and Education Foundation. Moving forward, the FAFM will continue to make strides in the advancement of excellence in education, research, and innovation in family medicine through philanthropy.

With the financial support of Associated Medical Services, we are able to offer the Patient’s Medical Home 60/20 Caring and Compassion Grant to support health care providers and/or an interdisciplinary team in undertaking a project aimed at optimizing caring and compassion, which are central to the vision of the Patient’s Medical Home.

Three grants worth $4,000 each are available.
