BC Family Doctors has secured two new temporary fee codes that can be billed for influenza and pneumococcal immunizations in adults.
Both are effective for dates of service on October 1 or later. The end date is April 30, 2021.
Billing for immunizations in children has not changed.

MSP eligibility
Influenza immunizations are recommended and provided for free to:
- People at high risk
- People capable of transmitting influenza to those at high risk
- People who provide essential community services
