YOU ARE INVITED to a full-day, interactive session bringing together BC physicians who are leading the way in advancing the social determinants of health (SDH).
DATE: June 16, 2016 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
LOCATION: Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, North Vancouver, BC
*Note: The SDH event is part of a 2-day conference (June 16 & 17) organized by the Doctors of BC. Physicians may be invited by their Division of Family Practice to attend both days. If so, you will also be asked to fill out a registration form for the two day event. Physicians attending the 2 day conference on behalf of their Division may be able to receive sessional support for participation. For more information, please contact your local Division.
