On the occasion of National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, we are pleased to announce the recipients of our first intake of Cultural Safety and Humility grants. Seven projects from across the province have been selected based on their potential to support family physicians in delivering culturally safety care to First Nations and Indigenous patients.

The grants program was introduced as part of the BCCFP’s commitment to advocating for culturally safe health care and demonstrating anti-racist approaches to address health equity.

To find out more about the selected projects, their completion timeline, and our next intake opportunity, check out our CS&H Grants webpage.
