The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) has issued a new position statement in support of continuous, comprehensive, relationship-based primary care for Canadians. The statement addresses concerns around the prevalence of episodic, virtual-only care and issues of corporatization, and calls on government to support the “right” kind of care that responds to needs of Canadian communities and patients.
