The GPSC Provincial Recruitment & Retention Steering Committee (PRRSC) is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative committee that brings together family doctors, divisions, professional associations, health authorities, governments, educators and other organizations working towards ensuring that BC’s communities have sufficient doctors to meet patient needs now and in the future. A key part of the committee’s work centres on understanding physician needs and helping foster supports for newer and relocating family doctors.
We are seeking both a family medicine resident and a family doctor early in their career to join the PRRSC.
