2018 Call for Nominations for the BCCFP Board of Directors
Would you like an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the advancement of quality family practice in BC? Join the Board of BC College of Family Physicians.
We are looking for Board members who reflect the scope and diversity of family practice in BC.
In particular, we are seeking candidates with one or more of the following skills or experience: first five years of practice, working in an urban setting, board and government relations, continuing professional development, and clinical teaching. We have space for 4 Board members to be elected this year and terms are set at three years. Nominations will be accepted until September 17, 2018 at 10 am.
This year we will indicate to members which candidates most closely fulfill the Board’s current needs. We ask members to keep these factors in mind as they consider applying to be a candidate or when nominating a colleague.

• Participate in an interview with the Nominating Committee prior to the election between the period of September 12 to September 20, 2018
